Quasimoto - Yessir Whatever

A few days ago Stones Throw Records announced that producer/emcee, Madlib, would be releasing a 12 track compilation album in June. That's big news in the underground hip hop world, seeing as how we haven't heard much from Madlib or Quasimoto (his alter ego), since '05 when The Further Adventures of Lord Quas dropped. Yessir Whatever is a collection of songs that have been recorded roughly over the past 12 years. The project features some previously released tracks that have only been featured on rare out of print vinyls, along with some completely new material. The LP and CD come with a peel off cover sticker revealing Quasimoto's insides, in addition to that the LP also comes with a bonus 7-inch single. Doesn't get much sweeter than that.
