ShowYouSuck ft. Auggie The 9th - Hunter Hearst Helmsley (HomiesHelpHomies) (Video)

With a lot of eyes are on Chicago right now to see what it can bring next. Amongst the buzzed-about on the hip-hop scene is the Treated crew, whose members don snapback caps that you may have seen on'Ye himself. One of the collective's affiliates, ShowYouSuck, is an MC who has been making noise throughout the Chi with the release of his most recent project OMPP2: Mo Slices Mo Problems this past December. To keep word of the tape spreading, ShowYouSuck has brought forth a music video for one of his favorite songs off of it, "Hunter Hearst Helmsley (HomiesHelpHomies)." Apparently, the title stemmed from an episode of Cartoon Network's Adventure Time and ended up becoming something of a personal anthem. Watch above as ShowYouSuck links up with his friend and hypeman Auggie The 9th to show the world how they do it in the Windy City.

Dolce & Gabbana "The Animalier" Leopard Print Bike

Leopard print is sweeping the nation so much that even Italian label Dolce & Gabbana couldn't resist and came out with an all over leopard print bicycle. "The Animalier" comes with a basket, cargo rack, a branded Dolce & Gabbana bell, and genuine leather seat. Said to be sold in select boutiques around Italy. No word on how much it costs, but in this case, I'm sure its better to look than touch.

Looks like Mr. West is said to drop a Spring 2012 line with Colette. Here's just a peek at what they've been working on. And yes, that is "Yeezi" with an "i" not a "y".

Chris Crack - D.O.P.E. Mixtape

Hailing from the Westside of Chicago, Chris Crack, who is also a member to New Deal Crew and an affiliate of Project Mayhem, brings us his latest mixtape D.O.P.E., which stands for "Doing Our Part Effortlessly", and he definitely does. Hosted by Vic Lloyd and spliced with old Bill Cosby clips about weed, D.O.P.E. gives us mentally quick-witted bars and vernacular beats as Crack teaches us what space life is really about. I wouldn't sleep on him. More to come from Crack and the Crew this summer, so look out for the drop. Download the dope here and enjoy.

Project Mayhem - Drug Dealer Chic

"Drug Dealer Chic" a solo effort on the part of member Lennon, is a track produced by Da Narcotics and carries a smooth violin beat that accompanies Lennon while he speaks of women and designer clothes (our favorite!). Filmmaker Ruth Hogben collaborates with award-winning musician Kanye West to create a film for his single Lost in the World. The song, which features Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, is taken from West's fifth album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Hogben's piece breaks the mould of popular rap aesthetics while still celebrating the extraordinary talent that has made West a modern icon.
