In search of new looks for rather usual looking gadgetry, designer James of Hong Kong sought out inspirations from some unlikely origins, including his passion for Air Jordans. So as the launch of the new OLYMPUS E-PL2 Digital Camera approaches, the designer put his creativity into good use and customized several units for an upcoming campaign, including a pair inspired by the Air Jordan III. With the OG colorways of black/grey/red and white/fire red as bases, James carefully painted over the grip to create the distinctive “elephant skin” pattern. The buttons for shutter and lens change are painted in red to further replicate the AJ3 look. With both OG colorways to come out this year, these customized OLYMPUS PEN E-PL2 are just the perfect complements.

Some unreleased heat from the homie Freddie Gibbs. This track was originally suppose to be found on his snubbed 2006 LP with Interscope, but almost all of the other tracks made their way onto mixtapes and filled in with various freestyles. LRG Spring 2011 Collection – Delivery 1
LRG is taking an ambitious approach to the new year, with a 10-part series of releases planned from the 12-year old clothing company. For delivery one, the brand left it’s California base and traveled North to the beautiful San Juan Islands off the Washington coast, to shoot photo and video lookbooks for the collection. The collection is one of the more mature we’ve seen from LRG, including cardigans and refined flannels, jeans and pants with a grown up cut, and several accessory pieces in canvas and leather. The collection is well suited to the island hopping in the Pacific Northwest that the accompanying video shoot shows. LRG did a great job stepping outside of their typical style a bit for this collection, and the video shoot is very well done too – a nice look at a beautifully rugged part of the country that is often overlooked. Check out the collection and the video after the jump. The Spring Collection delivery one is available from LRG stockists now.

Rick Ross Ft. Wale & Meek Mill – Pandemonium

Snoop Dogg Ft. Wiz Khalifa – That Good

Murs & Terrace Martin – Melrose (Video)
Murs and Terrace Martin rejoin forces to show some hometown love in their latest single “Melrose”. As the title suggests, the duo dedicate their latest single to one of Los Angeles’ most prominent streets which is backed up by a Van Stylez-directed visual. The clip also whets the appetite for their forthcoming same titled collaborative project which is slated for a February 8-release.
Rick Ross Ft. Drake – Made Men

After announcing the title of his forthcoming new album God Forgives, I Don’t on Power 105.1′s Breakfast Club earlier today, Ricky Rozay presents the alleged first single of the project. Titled “Made Men”, the track finds the Miami-rapper reuniting with Drizzy Drake for some Young Money Maybach ish.
MeLo-X – Orgasmic Audio (Video)
The video captures a sexy but sweet artistic vision exploring the body of model Danielle Phaeton, as she let’s the music take control. In MeLo’s signature style the track incorporates many different elements. Starting with a low fi, glitched up sample of Christopher Williams “I’m Dreaming” from the New Jack City soundtrack and then going into a chopped and screwed version of Kid Cudi’s “In my Dreams” from his first album. This is definitely the theme music to one of those late night creep sessions with your goddess. – MeLo
