The sensor can register flash fired from up to 45 degree angles from any direction and works effectively at up to 1/125 shutter speeds.
Samsung’s 21st Century Vending Machines
Samsung has worked together with Kraft Foods to install vending machines that are claimed to be the next generation of vending machines. These snack machines adopt a specially built 46-inch LCD panel, which functions as a giant touchscreen, bringing up a host of nutritional information on the food inside. For Kraft, the Internet-connected machines can also be used to sell additional products to hungry customers. For Samsung, the vending machine is part of a long-term strategy to boost its LCD business, which generated 14% of the firm’s 28.67 trillion Won or around $21.4 billion first-quarter revenue.
